At a Glance
Longevity Medical Denver is an affiliate of the flagship location, Longevity Medical Institute in Los Cabos, Mexico. We’re redefining modern healthcare through advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and precision-based longevity medicine — helping patients proactively optimize their health, prioritize prevention, and maintain long-term vitality as they age. The Denver practice is led by Scott M. Ross, MD, a board-certified physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience.
Our Story
Longevity Medical Denver began as an extension of an established foundation, not a startup experiment. The flagship location, Longevity Medical Institute in Los Cabos, Mexico, has built a reputation in regenerative and longevity medicine — and the Denver practice was created to bring that same clinical depth directly to Colorado patients, without requiring travel outside the U.S. to access it.
This affiliation matters in a category where quality and credibility vary widely between providers. Regenerative medicine — stem cell therapy, exosomes, peptide protocols — is still an evolving field, and not every clinic offering these treatments is backed by the same level of clinical infrastructure. Being part of an established institute means our Denver patients benefit from protocols, standards, and experience built over years, not assembled from scratch.
Our Approach to Care
We built this practice around a simple idea: healthcare should be proactive, not reactive. Most patients don’t come to a doctor until something is already wrong. Our model is different — combining advanced diagnostics like whole body MRI and comprehensive biomarker testing with regenerative and hormone replacement therapies, so patients can understand what’s happening in their body now, and act on it before it becomes a bigger problem.
This is genuinely concierge medicine: unhurried, physician-led, and built around your specific goals rather than a standardized visit. Whether you’re proactively investing in long-term health, recovering from an injury, or addressing a specific concern, your care is coordinated under one practice rather than fragmented across disconnected providers.
Who We Serve
Our patients are people who take their long-term health seriously — many are proactively optimizing before a problem arises, rather than waiting for one. We work with adults across a range of ages and goals, from those managing hormonal changes and recovery, to those simply investing in a longer, stronger healthspan. Appointments are available in English and Spanish, in-person or virtually, to make care genuinely accessible.
Led by a physician You Can Trust
Our practice is led by Scott M. Ross, MD, a U.S. board-certified physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience, and one of the exceptionally few physicians fully licensed to practice in both the United States and Mexico. Dr. Ross has treated more than 30,000 patients over the course of his career and holds fellowships with the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
