How do I know which consultation to book?
If you’re unsure, book a general consultation — your provider can help direct you to the right service from there. If you already know you want to address a skin, hair, or sexual wellness concern specifically, choose that dedicated consultation type.
Are virtual consultations available?
Yes, for many services. Availability varies by provider — see our FAQ page or the specific service page for details.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
A list of current medications, relevant health history, and any specific questions or goals you’d like to discuss. If you have recent lab work or imaging, feel free to bring that as well.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a virtual appointment, and 48 hours’ notice for in-person appointments. Cancellations or no-shows without adequate notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
